…Kifayat decided to create a social entrepreneurship project that would employ local women to knit traditional socks and sell them in locally and abroad. Called Azer Jorab (“Azer sock”), the business started in November 2019 with four women. Today, it has 20 knitters in Masally and the number is growing every month.
